Formulation

The contents present in each gram of HYDROQUINONE 4% CREAM contains 40 mg hydroquinone, in a cream base of Alcohol, Capryloyl Glycine, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Glycerin, Glycolic Acid, Kojic Acid, Laureth-7, Lecithin, Polyacrylamide, Purified Water, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Squalane and Xanthan Gum.

Before using Hydroquinone you need to go through the information present in it or else you need to consult your doctor or a pharmacist. You need to be very careful while applying Hydroquinone cream so that it may not show the effects on unwanted parts of skin. Hydroquinone cream should only be applied on the affected areas and not should be applied on lips, mouth and nose. You should take special care if Hydroquinone cream gets into your eyes you should wash your eyes with sufficient amount of water. Doctor should be aware if you are allergic to Hydroquinone before prescribing it to you. Keep Hydroquinone cream medication away from the reach of children’s and pets.

Dosage

Hydroquinone medication should be applied on skin only. You need to apply the small amount of cream or a thin layer of cream on the affected skin. Using Hydroquinone cream will give you the most benefit from it if applied daily and as per suggested. IF you are allergic to Hydroquinone you should bring it to notice of the doctor. During pregnancy this medication should be used if needed or else should be used as consulted by doctor or pharmacist. Hydroquinone cream should not be swallowed, if swallowed it may be harmful. Do not use it if for any another skin problem unless told by the doctor. If you forget to take the dose take it as early as possible and if the time is near to the next dose then skip that particular dose.

Storage

Hydroquinone Cream should be stored in cool and dry place, below 30 degree temperature. It should not be exposed to freezing temperature and exposed heat.
